The audit log records who changed or accessed what in the console, and when. Use it for change review, incident investigation and compliance evidence.

Find an event

• Search with "Description contains...".
• Change the period (default Last 30 days).
• Narrow with Filters.
• Export the current result set.

Columns

Actor	Who performed the action
Timestamp	When it happened
Category	The area of the console

Outcome	Whether it succeeded
Target	What was changed or accessed

What gets recorded

Besides configuration changes and sign-ins, the log records sensitive reads in the console:

Action	Recorded when
Requested sensitive data reveal	Someone uses Reveal values in a Findings & Interactions drawer
Requested conversation copy	Someone copies conversation content
Opened a record	Someone opens a record's detail panel. Reveals and copies appear as separate actions

Exports of agent output, dashboards and red-team reports, and copies of LLM Gateway secrets, are recorded too. Filter by Action to review who revealed what, and when.
