Organizational policies

Upload your written policies, such as an AI acceptable-use policy, so Quilr can cite them in controls, detections and the guidance users see when Quilr intervenes.

Add a policy​

  1. Select Add policy.
  2. Upload the approved document (for example a PDF).
  3. Quilr generates a policy from it, listed as Generated policy for <file>.
  4. Preview the result and check it reads as your policy intends.

The list​

Sort the list as needed. Columns: Policy name, Created by, Created and Last updated. Each row offers Preview and Delete.

tip

Upload the final, approved version of each policy. Users may see it quoted when they are coached or asked to justify an action.
